Coordinate and manage therapy schedules for OT and ET teams
Populate and optimise schedules to minimise gaps and cancellations

Minimum 5 years experience in appointment scheduling, client services, healthcare, education, or a similar administrative role
Diploma preferred (not essential with relevant experience)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Mandarin as a second language required to support Mandarin-speaking families
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Able to work calmly, consistently, and professionally in a structured environment
Comfortable with full working hours and on-site presence

Salary range: SGD 2,500 - 3,000 (commensurate with experience)
