Customer Service & Advisory Support

  • Provide warm, courteous, and professional customer service over the phone, and in person when required.
  • Offer accurate financial product information and general consultative support (within non-advisory boundaries unless appropriately licensed).
  • Continuously update your knowledge of products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to assist clients effectively.

Performance & Development

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, follow-ups, outcomes, and closures.
  • Achieve individual and team targets for lead conversion, appointment setting, revenue contribution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
  • Strive to exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Higher Secondary / Pre-U / Full A-Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
  • Clear, friendly, and engaging communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Organised, reliable, and professional, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial services, sales, telemarketing, or call centre roles is an advantage but not required.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
