Job Description

We are currently partnering with a Fund Management Firm and they are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their team in Singapore.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in relationship management, fund management, and a passion for delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients across Asia, executing instructions and managing communications.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding, transaction processing, and service delivery.
  • Handle documentation for trades, account openings, and brokerage processes.
  • Oversee trade reconciliation, settlement, and reporting across multiple asset classes.
  • Prepare presentation materials and assist in marketing investment products.
  • Facilitate KYC and due diligence processes and manage client documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in Private Banking or Fund Management.
  • Familiarity with fund structures and trade execution processes.
  • Proven track record in client servicing and operational support.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance (e.g., MAS).
