Role Overview

We're looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to help new customers get started with our software. You'll guide clients through setup, training, and adoption, making sure they feel confident and supported from day one.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome new clients and assist with account setup.
  • Provide training and answer questions about our products.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between sales and support teams.
  • Track client progress and follow up to resolve issues.
  • Collect feedback to improve the onboarding process.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client onboarding, customer service, or account management.
  • Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to explain software features simply.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain software solutions
