Position Summary
A Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide recommendations when needed
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction during their meal
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Requirements
- Prior experience in food & beverage or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
