As our Client Service Manager, you are the gravity that holds our projects together. You are the primary advocate for our clients and a strategic partner to our creative team, ensuring that every asset we build isn't just beautiful, but hits the mark for our clients business goals.

Since we are a fully remote studio, we trade office cubicles for high autonomy and radical transparency. You are our firewall for quality. You'll be a self-starter who manages high-stakes relationships across industries without losing human touch or technical precision.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Stewardship: Deeply understand our clients businesses. You identify how our strategy and digital services can solve their specific problems.
  • The Bridge (and The Firewall): Translate complex client feedback into actionable, error-free briefs for our designers and strategists. You protect the creative spark while ensuring every technical requirement is met well before the deadline.
  • Account Growth: Move beyond project-based thinking. You'll look for ways to turn one-off digital builds into long-term strategic partnerships, identifying opportunities for the client to grow with us.
  • Remote Orchestration: Lead the rhythm of client meetings, ClickUp channels, and project updates. You make sure the client feels heard and informed through proactive updates, ensuring we are always two steps ahead of their questions.
  • Revenue, Scope, and Precision: Keep a hawk-eye on project scopes and tender requirements. You'll handle the delicate dance of managing scope creep while ensuring the client feels they are getting immense value.

The INTERLUNAR Profile

Experience

3+ years in a digital agency or creative studio environment. You've successfully managed complex proposals, high-value digital builds, and client relationships.

Digital Fluency

You know your way around Figma, ClickUp, Gemini, and Google Drive. You master them to keep the team's workflow visible and organised.

Singapore Context

Understanding of the local/regional market while being comfortable with the fast-paced standards of a global digital hub.

Communication

You can write a concise, compelling email and lead a virtual meeting with confidence, empathy, and a command of the facts.

The Vibe

You are organised enough to manage a 100-line spreadsheet with zero errors, but creative enough to lead a high-level strategy brainstorm.

Requirements for Remote Success

  • Proactive Transparency: Since we don't have watercooler moments, you must be an over-communicator by nature. If it's not in our project management software, it didn't happen.
  • Tech-Stack Mastery: You have a systems-first mindset. You'll use our tools (ClickUp, Zapier, and more) to create a digital trail that ensures leadership never has to ask for a status update.
  • Time-Zone Agility: The ability to coordinate with the Singapore hub while managing a flexible remote schedule that respects the nature of global digital accounts.
