Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, accessible, and user-centric digital experiences. You will work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex requirements into clear and effective design solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about usability, design systems, and delivering high-quality digital products-especially in environments that require structure, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes: research, user journeys, wireframes, UI design, and prototyping
- Translate business and user requirements into thoughtful, user-centered design solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver features
- Design and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and usability best practices
- Present and communicate design decisions clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design maturity
- Balance user needs, business goals, and regulatory or operational constraints
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams (Agile/Scrum)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing for complex systems, workflows, or service platforms
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality user experiences
Value-Added Experience
- Familiarity with compliance, accessibility (e.g., WCAG), and structured design requirements
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic React) to better collaborate with engineering teams
- Experience working on government, public sector, or large-scale enterprise projects
- Understanding of data-heavy or process-driven applications
