- Attending to inquiries, following up on leads, and implementing strategies to build the client base.
- Providing accurate and timely information to clients, resolving queries, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and proactively suggesting process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Fostering long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Staying updated on medical aesthetics and skin health trends to educate clients effectively.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry, or within the airline industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a personalized experience to clients
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to clients
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages (such as Mandarin) being an advantage
