Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for trade clients, managing day-to-day service requests and transactional needs.
• Liaise frequently with Operations and Processing teams to ensure timely execution of trade transactions and resolution of client issues.
• Generate and maintain client reports using Excel, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
• Support Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios, strengthening engagement, and ensuring service excellence.
• Handle sensitive client matters with discretion, ensuring compliance with companies internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to deliver seamless experiences for clients across trade and banking products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent
• At Least 1 year experience in client servicing within banking, trade finance, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of trade products and processes (letters of credit, guarantees, documentary collections, supply chain finance).
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to generate, analyze, and share client reports.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Client-focused mindset, with resilience under pressure and attention to detail.
• No strict requirement on years of experience candidates with relevant trade and client servicing knowledge are encouraged to apply.
