Our client is a reputable global asset management platform with a strong Asia presence. They are engaging a junior Client Service professional on a 6-month project basis to support a client-facing initiative, alongside ongoing business-as-usual client service activities.
This role suits someone early in their career who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting client relationships in a structured institutional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day client servicing activities, including handling client queries and coordination
- Assist with client onboarding, transitions, and offboarding processes
- Support client reporting processes and documentation
- Maintain and update client and legal records
- Assist with KYC and due diligence requirements
- Support client meetings and internal coordination
- Provide coordination and administrative support for a client-related project
- Track action items, follow up with internal and external stakeholders, and support timely delivery
- Assist with documentation, testing, and user support where required
- Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client service, operations, or a related support role
- Prior exposure to asset management or financial services preferred
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing follow-ups and multiple tasks in parallel
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Able to commit to a 6-month contract
