Job Description

Working Days: 5 Days Role

Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm

Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines || Hougang

Salary: $2,500 - $3,000

Job Responsibilities

Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required
Acquire and manage portfolio of customers
Gather customers documents for KYC and onboarding procedures
Enhance relationships with customers to customize loan product solutions
Manage credit and operational risks proactively
Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers needs and objectives
Interpret customers needs, risk and financial objectives
Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers objectives
Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organization by driving customer satisfaction
Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines
Implement service and quality standards of processing of day-to-day transactions of credit servicing activities
