Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work remotely at times. As a Client Relationship Manager / Senior Account Executive / Customer Support professional, you will engage clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships. Responsibilities include managing key client accounts, responding to inquiries, coordinating with event organizers, addressing client needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will identify opportunities for engagement, provide regular updates and reports, and contribute to the successful execution of initiatives associated with London Life Sciences Week. Your work will directly support the success of one of the global life sciences sector's premier events.
