About the Role
Our client is a well-established international bank with a strong retail and affluent banking presence. We are seeking driven and customer-centric Relationship Managers to join the branch banking team. This role provides broader product exposure enabling you to offer holistic advisory across banking, lending, and wealth solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional and consultative financial analysis sessions to understand clients financial goals and recommend suitable solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing continuous market insights, portfolio reviews, and advisory support
- Promote a comprehensive suite of banking and wealth products, including deposits, bancassurance, investment products, structured solutions, and loans
- Deliver tailored strategies to help clients achieve their objectives across savings, wealth accumulation, protection, and borrowing needs
- Participate actively in branch campaigns, customer engagement activities, and business development initiatives
- Uphold compliance, risk, and service standards aligned with the bank's policies
Requirements
- Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Financial Services, Retail Banking, or Wealth Advisory sector
- Strong interest in financial advisory, client management, and business development
- Dynamic, motivated, and results-driven personality with excellent communication skills
- Candidates from Client Advisors, Personal Banking, Financial Consultant backgrounds who are seeking wider product exposure are encouraged to apply
