Responsibilities:
Provide a polished and personalised over-the-counter experience to walk-in clients, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence
Manage high-value purchase and sale transactions of precious metals with precision, integrity, and strict adherence to company protocols
Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with clients, understanding their investment objectives and delivering tailored support
Offer prompt, articulate, and solutions-driven assistance via email and phone, maintaining a premium service standard across all communication channels
Educate clients on market insights, product offerings, storage solutions, and the strategic benefits of precious metals
Handle sensitive financial transactions and confidential information with the utmost discretion and compliance
Maintain meticulous transaction records and ensure operational excellence in a secure environment
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Banking, or related discipline preferred
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in banking, call center environment or any premium customer service environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional presentation and polished customer-facing mannerism
High levels of integrity, discretion and accountability when handling high-value transactions
