Job Description
Client Support - Assist clients with inquiries and concerns about private banking products and services. - Provide personalized service to ensure client satisfaction. Client Meetings - Prepare necessary documentation and follow up on action items prior and from the meetings. o E.g. expired documents like W8Ben, RPQ, VC form etc - attend face to face meetings with clients alongside RMs if required Account Management: - Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. o Change of mailing / registered address and contact details o Change of identification document o POA changes, etc - Monitor client accounts and transactions to identify opportunities and risks. o TD & loan due o Corporate Actions o Credit violations o Trade inputs, settlements and funding etc Compliance and Documentation - Ensure all client documentation meets regulatory requirements. o Account opening documents o Periodic reviews documents o Loan application and AA renewals documents o Trades taken are complete with risk mismatch mention to client and funding instruction taken from client - Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits. o Documents or information required from compliance / auditors Monitoring and Reporting - Support the monitoring of client accounts and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. o Check to ensure there is funding for all investments o TDs and loans are renewed timely o Assist RM to follow up on accounts with loan shortfall and margin call status Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including product specialists and operations, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. - Facilitate communication between clients and other departments within the bank. E.g. o PSC MT for cheque clearance, giro transactions, statement retrievals etc. o Credit card on application status, disputes, waivers and statement retrievals o PWOPs on cash, documentations and securities matters Sales Support - Assist in the development of new business opportunities. o To communicate with RMs on any business opportunities and reviewing client's portfolio.

Job Requirements
- Degree holder
- At least 3 years of experience in similar field of supporting RMs in wealth management segments
- Customer fronting, good interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
- Those with CMFAS and CACS papers preferred
