Client Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Candidate will be part of Private Bank (PB) providing support to the Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) in client onboarding process.
• Gain insights to the Bank's Legal & Compliance regulatory framework and procedural guidelines.
• Exposure to the Bank's systems and operational capabilities
• Candidate will work in partnership with business as well as various stakeholders and support units while on the job
• Candidate will gain exposure in the area of work ethics, organizational competencies and interpersonal skills

Key Performance Indicators:

• Renders support to the teams in opening of client's account, working closely with the Client Service Managers (CSM) as well as Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM)
• Ensure complete and accurate case submission to facilitate a seamless account opening process
