JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Client Partnerships and Growth Manager to expand Frezhman's client base and strengthen relationships with brands and industry partners. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and representing Frezhman in client engagements. The successful candidate will work closely with the design team to translate client objectives into project opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. While the role maintains close client engagement throughout projects, day to day project management and production coordination will be handled by the design team.

MAIN DUTIES

Business Development and Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail brands, exhibitions, experiential marketing, and brand activations. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects while introducing Frezhman's capabilities through presentations, proposals, and meetings.

Client Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. Act as the primary contact during early project stages to understand client needs and translate them into clear project briefs for the design team

Strategic Partnership
Develop relationships with agencies, brands, developers, and event organisers to explore opportunities for collaboration and new projects.

Project Oversight
Work closely with the design team during key project milestones to ensure clear communication and alignment between clients and internal teams.

Account Growth
Maintain long term engagement with clients and identify opportunities to expand existing relationships into additional projects.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, client servicing, or account management
  • Experience in experiential agencies, retail design firms, exhibitions, architecture, or creative consultancies is preferred
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of potential projects
  • Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Ability to understand client objectives and translate them into clear project briefs for design teams
  • Comfortable managing multiple client conversations and coordinating with internal teams
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Existing network within retail brands, lifestyle brands, experiential agencies, or related industries will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
