Job Description

We are hiring for a dedicated Client Partner at iCompaz to manage a large account, to develop new opportunities & manage the relationship.

Years of Experience Required: 11 years +

Qualifications:

  1. The ideal candidate should have experience working with managed services or tech consulting companies
  2. Experience managing or working with key telco accounts
  3. Knowledge working within Singapore OR SEA markets
  4. Experience in managing large accounts and expanding account
  5. Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred)

Key Responsibilities and Key performance indicators:

  • Increase Wallet Share in existing account/s
  • Establish relationships with CXOs in the target account
  • Consultative Sales- Build and conversion
  • Revenue targets
  • Profitability and margins
  • New Account Opening

1. Account Management & Growth

· Own and manage the end-to-end relationship for a key Telecom and some strategic clients, serving as the trusted advisor for all technology, Consulting and Business Operation needs.

· Develop a strategic account plan to drive revenue growth, customer value, and solution adoption. · Identify and nurture new sales opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and GTM with the client; through Consultative Engagement

2. Relationship Building: Build and sustain senior-level and C-suite relationships within the customer organization.

3. Sales Execution

· Work collaboratively with solution specialists, technical pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to build and close complex IT deals.

· Manage the end to end Sales Process like an owner, keep the stakeholders and Leadership teams updated on the progress and seek guidance as needed

· Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.

4. Account Insights & Strategy

· Maintain strong understanding of the customer's industry, business priorities, and competitive environment.

· Map key stakeholders, decision-making processes, identify their KPI's and align iCompaz offerings to match the same.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Partner with service lines, solution teams and Business Enabling Functions like Legal and Finance to craft tailored solutions that address customer pain points.

· Coordinate with ecosystem partners (OEMs, ISVs, cloud hyperscalers) to expand solution reach and create joint value propositions.
