Client Outreach Associate

We are looking for driven, motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Client Outreach Associates.

This opportunity is suitable for students, fresh graduates or anyone looking for flexible part-time work while developing practical communication and client engagement skills.

No prior experience is required. Training, call scripts and guidance will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Engage prospects in friendly and professional conversations
Generate leads and arrange appointments for our consultants
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and appointments
Work towards individual and team targets

What We Offer

Probationary rate: $10 per hour
After probation: $12-$15 per hour
Additional performance incentives and commission

About the Team

You will be joining CO Wealth Advisory, a financial advisory team under AIA Financial Advisers.

As a Client Outreach Associate, your main responsibility will be to engage prospective clients, generate interest and arrange appointments for our consultants. You will not be required to provide financial advice.
