ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a hybrid role supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle-from onboarding and due diligence through to trade execution and ongoing client support.
This position sits at the heart of the business, working closely with Sales, Structuring, Operations, and Compliance, ensuring a seamless client experience while enabling efficient and compliant execution of transactions.
YOURTASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and coordinate the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, due diligence (KYC/AML), account setup, trade support, and ongoing client maintenance
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders across Sales, Structuring, Middle Office, Back Office, and Compliance to ensure smooth and timely execution of client activities.
- Manage client onboarding by liaising directly with clients to collect, review, and validate required documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Perform due diligence checks including AML/CFT screenings, PEP and adverse media assessments, and client risk classification, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., MAS, SFC, DFSA)
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation throughout the lifecycle, including periodic reviews and updates
- Support transaction execution by coordinating trade bookings, structured product processes, and post-trade activities, ensuring all operational steps are completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor and resolve issues across the trade lifecycle, proactively troubleshooting and coordinating with relevant teams to minimize delays or risks
- Support Sales teams in their day-to-day activities by managing requests, preparing client materials (presentations, reports, analytics), and ensuring timely follow-up on client-related matters
- Handle operational processes such as distribution fee processing and related system updates
- Ensure data integrity across systems by maintaining and updating client and transaction information, supporting both operational accuracy and reporting needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, enhancing workflows, and supporting the implementation of new tools, systems, or regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to queries, and ensuring transparency and accuracy of client records
OURREQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in client onboarding (KYC/AML), sales support, operations, or related roles within financial services
- Solid understanding of KYC, AML/CFT requirements, and client onboarding processes
- Knowledge of structured products and/or derivatives is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Singapore, Hong Kong, or comparable regulatory frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) experience with CRM or onboarding systems is a plus
- Fluency in English and Chinese(written & spoken) is essential due to client document language requirements
