Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key point of liaison for clients throughout the onboarding process and proactively address their inquiries regarding fund details, account structures, etc.
- Collaborate closely with AML/KYC team to ensure thorough due diligence is conducted on all new clients.
- Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all client records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Identify and escalate any potential compliance risks to the relevant teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding procedures.
- Prepare detailed reports on onboarding activities for internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products would be good
- Proficiency in handling client documentation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
