Our client is an established Bank seeking a highly experienced Client Onboarding Team Lead to join their diversified team.

about the job

• Guide and mentor a team of junior specialists to maintain high accuracy while driving operational efficiency and collaborative cross-functional execution across business units.

• Supervise client onboarding and manage workflows for high-net-worth accounts.

• Lead the execution of periodic client reviews and evaluate statement of wealth frameworks to ensure compliance.

• Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to remediate CDD discrepancies and streamline client onboarding workflows.

• Participate in process optimization projects, system enhancement testing, and local standard operating procedure updates.

skills and experience required

• Minimum 8 years of experience in client due diligence/ client onboarding within wealth management

• Knowledge of Singapore regulatory requirements, AML/CFT frameworks, and industry best practices.

• Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact across regional operational teams.
