Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Manager B2B to join our team in Singapore. This role will partner closely with the Director based in Australia and lead a team in Singapore, driving digital-first, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate brings proven B2B experience, a strong understanding of digital and social platforms, and the ability to deliver measurable marketing impact for one of the world's leading technology clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Servicing

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, strategic counsel, and problem solving.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across SEA, India, China, Japan, and Australia to deliver regional marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful marketing outcomes.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 Senior Executives and 1 Executive.
  • Foster a collaborative and solutions-driven team culture, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to integrate campaigns seamlessly across markets.

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies tailored for B2B audiences.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, digital media, and social platforms, while exploring technical media opportunities.
  • Manage digital-led activations with additional exposure to Meta and Out-of-Home (OOH) media.
  • Ensure all campaigns are performance-driven, with clear metrics and reporting.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology or related industries.
  • Strong expertise in ABM, digital marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Regional exposure across SEA, India, China, Japan, and Australia is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent client servicing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • A positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
