Job Description

Job Summary

You will coordinate day-to-day client business requirements to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous process improvements that support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements daily to deliver consistent and high service levels
  • Respond accurately and timely to client enquiries regarding order status, quotations, and shipping information
  • Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability
  • Proactively follow up to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client operational requirements and manage expectations effectively
  • Prepare and deliver business reports to management and clients on a weekly and monthly basis

Competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Able to manage time effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships across functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good negotiation skills to support client interactions and issue resolution
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team engagement
  • High accuracy and attention to detail when working with large data sets

Other Information

Working Days - Monday to Friday
Working Time - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Working Location - Ubi Ave 3
