Job Summary
You will coordinate day-to-day client business requirements to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational needs, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous process improvements that support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of client business requirements daily to deliver consistent and high service levels
- Respond accurately and timely to client enquiries regarding order status, quotations, and shipping information
- Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability
- Proactively follow up to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client operational requirements and manage expectations effectively
- Prepare and deliver business reports to management and clients on a weekly and monthly basis
Competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Able to manage time effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships across functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation skills to support client interactions and issue resolution
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills for clear client and team engagement
- High accuracy and attention to detail when working with large data sets

Working Days - Monday to Friday
Working Time - 8.30am to 5.30pm
