We're looking for a driven Client Lifecycle Advisory Consultant with strong experience in banking and financial services. This individual will work closely with clients to address regulatory and operational challenges across the customer lifecycle, delivering structured insights and practical solutions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, client-focused, and comfortable navigating complex compliance environments while collaborating within high-performing teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct structured research and analysis through interviews, workshops, and documentation reviews to assess business and regulatory requirements.
- Translate client needs into clear functional solutions across onboarding, maintenance, and end-to-end client lifecycle processes.
- Develop high-quality presentation materials and written deliverables that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
- Document solution designs, implementation approaches, and project outcomes in accordance with governance and quality standards.
- Maintain proactive client engagement through regular updates, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate across project workstreams to support delivery milestones and ensure alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience in consulting, transformation, or project delivery within banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience in client onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle management initiatives across retail, corporate, commercial, or private banking.
- Exposure to client lifecycle or workflow platforms (e.g., Fenergo, Pega, or similar KYC/CLM systems) is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to KYC, due diligence, customer profiling, and credit processes.
- Awareness of market trends, vendor solutions, and evolving capabilities within client lifecycle management.
This is a contract role based in Singapore.
