We are looking for a detail-oriented Client Implementation Specialist to manage the onboarding of clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, configure the system, and ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily checks on all assigned implementation tasks.

  • Contact the Sales Manager or client upon assignment to schedule the Implementation Call.

  • Conduct the Implementation Call and perform detailed scoping of the client's HR processes and practices.

  • Recommend appropriate workarounds or process streamlining if the client's policies or processes do not align with QuickHR's capabilities.

  • Propose and schedule training sessions for the client and provide data migration templates.

  • Send formal training invitations to the client upon confirmation.

  • Follow up on information related to data migration templates or training schedules and acknowledge client updates.

  • Create client accounts for data migration.

  • Review pre-training account set-up upon completion by the Trainer.

  • Send a post-training follow-up email outlining the next steps.

  • Send an Implementation Graduation email upon completion of all training sessions.

  • Provide graduation support as needed, addressing any remaining client questions, concerns, or issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of related working experience.

  • Experience in functional consulting within a payroll software environment.

  • Knowledge of Malaysia / Singapore payroll, or payroll regulations from other countries.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent client-facing communication skills.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
