Responsibilities

The Client Engagement Team is dedicated to creating long-term, trusting business relationships with Pacific Prime Clients at all levels, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver an optimal solution to meet the clients requirements.

The Team's role is to oversee, develop and manage year-round programs and solutions for key clients around wellness, health, lifestyle, and other solutions and platforms to increase the engagement of their members with PPCXA's portals and tools.

As the Client Engagement Specialist, it is your overall responsibility to oversee wellness-related engagement programs and communications with members/clients as well as vendors and partners. The position requires you to be part of a team working seamlessly to prioritize the customer experience. As a key component of the team you need to be highly proficient in:

  • written and spoken communication
  • company and customer management expertise
  • strategic planning and presentation skills
  • familiarity with corporate broking and flex, employee benefits, as well as HPB's WOW initiative and TAL's TWSH program is a plus

Expectations

To achieve your goals, you are required to follow the key elements of our broker platform designed to ensure our clients, our partners, and Pacific Prime all mutually benefit from a sustainable partnership together. Here's a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and activities that you will be conducting year-round for our clients.

  • Work with and engage the account managers to support their clients with regard to Health and Wellness related activities
  • Support and work with the E-commerce and Marketing team, organizing wellness/health/lifestyle activities and webinars/newsletters with a variety of partners and vendors to maintain a year-long program, as well as bespoke programs for selected clients
  • Liaise with vendors on marketing and promotional activities and develop new partnerships
  • Keep up to date with the latest employee benefits trend and suggest ways to improve value-added services and employee engagement
  • Creating reports and outcomes on the engagement solutions offered to clients (utilization reports for online activities, surveys, focus groups, feedback) where necessary
