Client Development Intern

Job responsibilities

Event Planning & Support

• Support the Client Marketing & Client Development Team for the organisation and implementation of events, including but not limited to trunk shows, product launches, dinners and exhibitions inside and outside of boutiques
  
  

Client Treatment

• Manage gifting and client treatment plan to develop and grow VIP client base
• Design and execute domestic and overseas experiences for clients that communicate brand values and resonate strongly with their target audience
• Implement boutique programmes to stimulate clienteling awareness and drive selling team's service standard
  
  

Data and Operational Excellence

• Conduct data mining and analysis to gain insight on client behaviour and commercial opportunities
• Support adoption of retail training and operational excellence activities that enhance the client experience
• Support the implementation of the company's strategy to build customer loyalty and develop Dior as a service centric destination of excellence.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's students or graduates preferred (ideally in Business, Marketing, or Communications)
• Previous experience in client development, events or sales is preferred
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders
