An established international luxury brand is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join its retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales excellence in a premium retail environment.
Sales & Client Service
Achieve individual and store sales targets, including KPIs set by management
Proactively engage walk-in and returning clients to generate sales opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and clienteling
Deliver a high standard of service aligned with brand guidelines and service philosophy
Develop in-depth knowledge of products, brand heritage, and industry trends
Stay informed about competitors and market developments
Support product launches and promotional initiatives
Maintain professional grooming and adhere to brand presentation standards
Retail Operations
Comply with company policies and operational procedures
Support inventory management and participate in stock takes
Assist with daily store opening and closing duties
Visual Merchandising
Ensure merchandise displays meet brand standards and visual guidelines
Support VM implementation as directed by management
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, high-end fashion, jewellery, or watch retail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
Passionate about sales with a strong appreciation for premium aesthetics
Comfortable using digital tools and clienteling platforms (e.g., CRM systems, social media, Salesforce)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
