Duties & Responsibilities
. Responsible for delivering superior client experience through understanding, anticipating and executing client's transactions and providing excellent administrative and organizational support to Client Advisor.
. Support Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
. Be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
. Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
. Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals
. Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary
. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements and
. Provides coverage for buddy CAAs.
Requirements
. At least 5 years of work experience as CAA
. Experience in private banking industry
. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast-paced environment
. Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
. Experience in entrepreneurial environments and the flexibility to work in both highly structured corporate settings and less structured start‐up environments
Good to have
. Usage of Bloomberg Terminal
. Fluent in English and Mandarin
