Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore with some work from home flexibility. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, providing training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, following up with leads, and managing sales pipelines to help grow the business.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to provide effective Training and support to clients
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a must
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
