The Client & Acquisition Manager APAC will will drive new business growth and long-term client partnerships across the region.
You'll strategically identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, build strong relationships with agencies, brands, and publishers/ad-tech partners, and position Happydemics as the go-to Brand Lift solution in APAC.
Your mission: open doors, win accounts, and turn first deals into lasting collaborations that power Happydemics regional expansion. You'll act as the ambassador of the Sales division in APAC, shaping its growth and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Acquisition
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across agencies, advertisers, and technology partners.
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market mapping.
- Lead client meetings and pitches to present Happydemics value proposition and measurement methodology with clarity and impact.
- Collaborate with Marketing and HQ teams to localize commercial materials and ensure consistent market positioning.
Account Growth & Retention
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, driving renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans with clear objectives, KPIs, and growth paths.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand adoption of the Happydemics platform across brands, markets, and business units.
Market Feedback & continuous Improvement
- Act as the voice of APAC clients internally, providing structured feedback to Product, HQ, and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to workflow enhancements, product usability, and documentation to support regional scalability.
- Stay on top of industry trends (CTV, DOOH, Influencer, etc.) to position Happydemics as an innovation leader in brand measurement.
Profile and Skills
- You bring 58 years of experience in Ad-Tech, SaaS, or Market Research. Client-facing commercial roles experience is needed.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or Communication. Experience working overseas is a strong plus.
- Proven record of developing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Someone who truly understands prospecting and outbound marketing, able to identify and approach potential clients proactively using smart digital tools: find the right leads, craft targeted outreach lists, and execute structured outbound campaigns.
- Curiosity, strong Sales & marketing acumen are key to succeed in this role.
