About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and acquiring new clients to drive company growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that expand our customer base and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Prospect Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, nurturing leads and converting them into long-term customers.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, addressing their needs and showcasing how our solutions can help them achieve their goals.
  • Client Acquisition Strategies: Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and close sales with new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of client communications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of goals and seamless execution of client acquisition initiatives.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in client acquisition or lead generation.
  • Strong ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads and customer data.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Eligibility: Must have Singaporean citizenship or a valid work pass to be considered for this role.
