This role provides hands-on support to Client Partners, working closely with them to manage client engagements and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Client Partners throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to project completion
Qualifying and generating sales leads through various channels
Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and supporting materials
Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients
Scheduling client meetings and managing Client Partners calendars
Supporting the evaluation and management of client accounts within the assigned portfolio
Managing invoicing and credit notes, including submission and follow-up through client payment portals
Maintaining accurate records and developing proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office Suite, and other internal systems
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate, consultative, or sales-driven environment
Proactive self-starter with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
High level of professionalism with a strong customer-service mindset
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven track record as a collaborative and reliable team player
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
