The client account service executive is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, supervising housekeeping staff, ensuring service quality, maintaining compliance with workplace safety regulations, and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and deploy manpower to assigned sites.
Monitor daily cleaning operations to ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Ensure service standards meet contractual requirements.
Prepare duty rosters and manpower deployment plans.
Arrange ad-hoc cleaning works when required.
Supervise cleaners, team leaders, and supervisors.
Conduct on-the-job training and toolbox meetings.
Ensure staff comply with safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
Handle staff attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
Evaluate staff performance and recommend improvements.
Liaise with property management, clients, and residents.
Attend site meetings and respond to feedback/complaints.
Ensure prompt rectification of service issues.
Prepare monthly service reports if required.
Ensure compliance with:
Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations
Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures
Company safety policies
Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling of chemicals.
Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals and consumables.
Arrange procurement and delivery of supplies.
Ensure proper maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery.
Record equipment servicing schedules.
Prepare operational reports and incident reports.
Submit timesheets and payroll information.
Maintain site documentation and compliance records.
Support tender submissions when required.
