Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to support our company's growth initiatives. You will be responsible for managing and growing ProfilePrint's value and relationships with key Clients. This role requires strong Client relationship and project management skills, with the ability to deliver value and drive continued trust and use of ProfilePrint's solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Responsible for the portfolio of clients assigned, building trusting relationships and driving delivery of maximum value
- Understand clients business goals, needs and challenges, helping them discover and unlock value by delivering the right solutions and services
- Initiate and lead account reviews, performance check-ins and solution updates with clients
Account Maintenance, Growth & Retention
Lead and coordinate solution delivery and user training to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Coordinate development of the right Scope of Work for the client and drive real operational deployment of our solution
- Work closely with sales team to proactively manage renewals, identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risk
- Ensure timely support of feedback and issues raised by client and follow up on resolutions
Tracking and Insights
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams to work on improvements to our products and services
- Track and ensure visibility of account performance, project timelines and client satisfaction
- Ensure up-to-date record and information of clients on our internal client tracking platforms
Requirements
Experience
- Diploma or Degree of any discipline from a recognised institute of higher learning
- 3+ years of experience in an account management, client-success, or customer facing roles managing international clients
- Exposure to agrifood, food manufacturing, commodities, supply chain, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
