We are looking for a people-driven Client Account Manager to join our team in Singapore HQ.
This is not a desk-bound role. You will be out meeting people, attending events, exhibitions, industry gatherings, and building relationships every single week. If you enjoy talking to strangers, making connections, and turning conversations into business opportunities - this role is for you.
Actively develop new client relationships through networking, events, exhibitions, and referrals
Represent the company at industry events, business functions, and client meetings
Maintain and grow existing client accounts across APAC
Identify client needs and propose recruitment / EOR / HR service solutions
Work closely with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
Follow up consistently and professionally with clients to close deals and build long-term trust
Exposure to regional APAC clients and cross-border projects
