Cleaning Technology & Data Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret operational data related to facilities and cleaning operations.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Analyse operational metrics such as cleaning coverage, equipment performance, productivity indicators, and fault/error logs.
• Extract, transform and compile data from operational systems for reporting and performance analysis.
• Prepare management reports, operational dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Support the deployment and monitoring of robotic cleaning systems, automation, platforms, and smart facility technologies.
• Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Work closely with operations and management teams to translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Cleaning, or related fields.
• Preferably with certifications in Data Analytics, Power BI, or Digital Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Ability to analyse operational data and convert it into meaningful insights and reports.
• Experience in data extraction, transformation, and reporting from operational systems will be an advantage.
• Exposure to robotic cleaning systems, smart facility technologies, or automation platforms will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
