Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned sites (construction sites, offices, hotels, restaurants, and public areas).

Assign duties to cleaning staff and ensure work is completed according to schedules and service standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety requirements.

Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.

Monitor the use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment to ensure cost control and safe handling.

Handle client feedback, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and company policies.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on manpower deployment, attendance, and site performance.

Coordinate with Operations Manager on manpower planning and service improvements.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in cleaning or facilities supervision.

Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning procedures.

Ability to supervise staff and manage multiple sites.

Basic reporting and communication skills.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.

Technical & Operational Skills

Knowledge of commercial and industrial cleaning methods

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, MSDS, and safe handling procedures

Operation of cleaning machines (scrubber, vacuum, pressure washer, polishing machine)

Understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and infection control standards

Ability to conduct site inspections and quality checks

Basic inventory and stock control for cleaning materials

Team supervision and manpower deployment
