You should have strong team management skills and asolid awareness of sanitation standards in order to succeed in this position.In the end, you will contribute to making sure that visitors are happy and thatour regular housekeeping procedures go smoothly.
The following are the responsibilitiesof a Housekeeping Supervisor:
. Educatinghousekeepers on upkeep and cleaning duties.
. Monitoring theeveryday work performance of the workforce.
. Inspecting thecleanliness of the rooms and common areas, such as the stairwells and loungeareas.

. Plan shifts andmake arrangements for stand-ins when necessary.
. Establish andimpart to employees the importance of hygiene, tidiness, and cleanliness.
. Encourage teammembers and address any problems that arise at work. Address client concernsand unique demands.
. Keep an eye onand restock cleaning supplies, such as rubber gloves, floor cleanser, andbleach.
. When necessary,take part in extensive cleaning projects.
. Make sure thatall locations adhere to the safety and hygienic rules.
Qualificationsand Abilities:
. Work history in asupervisory capacity in housekeeping or a related field.
. Practicalexperience performing maintenance and cleaning duties for big businesses.
. Possession ofindustrial cleaning tools and materials.
. Outstandingplanning and team leadership abilities.
. Ability to work avariety of shifts, including weekends and evenings flexibility in handling thephysical demands of the position.
. A high schooldegree is beneficial.
