Join our team as a Cleaning Supervisor in Singapore, leading daily cleaning operations, managing staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, and coordinating with clients to meet site requirements effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Manage and guide cleaning workers on-site to ensure efficient task completion
- Monitor staff attendance and prepare work schedules to optimize manpower deployment
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and proper use of cleaning equipment and materials
- Liaise with clients to understand and respond to site-specific cleaning needs
- Oversee the use of cleaning materials to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in the cleaning industry
- Ability to independently handle manpower and daily cleaning operations
- Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, and beyond regular working hours as needed
- Willingness to stay in company-provided lodging/dormitory accommodation
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic communication skills in English to facilitate effective team and client interactions
- Strong leadership and site management skills to lead cleaning teams effectively
