.Requirements.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to use ride-on scrubbers and hi-jet washers
- Experience in driving BOC
- Able to work on public holidays and Sunday
- Physically fit. able to carry up to 25kg
- Additional OT on off days
.Duties.
- Emptying bins, using a truck's lifting mechanism, and operating onboard compactors
- Direct and oversee the work of cleaning staff.
- Assign and coordinate daily tasks and schedules.
- Inspect work sites and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Ensure staff adhere to health and safety protocols.
- Monitor manage, and reorder cleaning equipment and materials.
- Liaise with clients, other departments, and management.
- Address and resolve client complaints or issues.
- Submit daily or periodic reports on cleaning operations and staff performance.
- To oversee the proper cleaning process being carried out
- To cover cleaners duties as required.
