Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks meet high-quality standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maximise operational efficiency
- Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to identify and address areas for improvement
- Provide training and ongoing support to enhance the cleaning team's skills and knowledge
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory levels, and staff performance metrics
- Collaborate with management to evaluate and adopt new cleaning technologies and best practices
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve operational issues
- Detailed knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and products
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs
- Proficiency in English and the local language to follow written and verbal instructions clearly
- Proactive and customer-focused approach to maintain high client satisfaction
