Job Description

  • Assign personnel to designated work areas or project duties to ensure efficient task completion
  • Monitor key performance indicators to track team productivity and quality of cleaning services
  • Manage cleaning team performance by providing guidance and addressing issues to maintain high standards
  • Enforce all Health & Safety procedures and promote safe working practices to protect team members and clients
  • Control the issuing and usage of cleaning materials by verifying correct products are used and reporting unauthorized chemical use
  • Complete and submit weekly timesheets accurately to the Facilities Manager for payroll and record-keeping
  • Conduct weekly safety checks on all machinery to ensure equipment is in safe working condition and report any faults
