A Cleaning Services Manager oversees daily sanitation operations, manages janitorial staff, and ensures facilities meet high hygiene and safety standards

.Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Plan daily cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites or zones.
Staff Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate cleaning team members and supervisors.
Quality Control: Conduct routine site inspections to verify that cleaning quality matches contract rules or service level agreements.
Inventory Control: Monitor and order cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals to avoid shortages.
Health and Safety: Enforce safety regulations, such as proper chemical handling
Budget & Administration: Manage operational budgets, track staff attendance, and write performance reports for senior management.
Leadership and Communication: Ability to direct large teams and resolve client or staff complaints quickly.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to build shift rotas and handle urgent requests.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial cleaning equipment, safe chemical usage, and hygiene standards.
