CLEANING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lead and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple facilities, including commercial, industrial, and specialized sites (e.g., hospitals, high-traffic areas).

Develop, implement, and monitor cleaning workflows, manpower deployment plans, and operational SOPs to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Supervise and mentor a team of cleaning supervisors and frontline staff, ensuring performance management, training, and adherence to workplace standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to maintain high service quality and promptly resolve operational issues.

Ensure full compliance with Singapore regulations, including NEA environmental standards, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements, and other relevant statutory guidelines.

Manage procurement, inventory, and maintenance of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables while controlling operational costs.

Handle client communications, complaints, and service recovery professionally and promptly.

Prepare detailed operational, manpower, and performance reports for senior management review.

Implement productivity improvements, mechanisation strategies, and process enhancements to optimise efficiency.

Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to meet contractual obligations and service level agreements.
