Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning teams to ensure high-quality performance across all sites.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service standards and client expectations are met.
Manage staffing schedules, manpower deployment, and attendance to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Oversee inventory of cleaning equipment, tools, and consumables ensure timely replenishment and proper usage.
Handle client relationships, including addressing concerns, managing expectations, and presenting improvement plans.
Develop and implement operational SOPs for cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
Monitor operational costs and work within budget targets.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of cleaning staff.
Prepare and submit operational reports, including incident and performance updates.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cleaning operations management or similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of workplace safety standards and hygiene requirements.
Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting systems.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or shifts when required.
Valid Class 3 driving license preferred.
