Responsibilities

  • Manage client requirements by promptly addressing and fulfilling their cleaning service needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure tasks are performed correctly and efficiently without operational issues
  • Allocate and assign cleaning jobs strategically to optimize workforce productivity and service delivery
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's customer base
  • Oversee recruitment processes to hire qualified personnel that meet company standards and operational demands
