Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Direct daily cleaning activities, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain cleaning quality standards.
- Site Inspection & Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure high sanitation standards (e.g., NEA standards in Singapore).
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning crews, including site supervisors.
- Client Relations: Manage client communication, handle complaints, and conduct service recovery to ensure satisfaction.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory of equipment and cleaning supplies, minimizing wastage.
- Scheduling: Organize staff deployment, shifts, and coverage for multiple locations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in a cleaning operations role, typically managing multiple sites.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and resolve conflicts.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for creating reports and schedules.
- Operational Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and efficient cleaning techniques.
