Cleaning Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to lead a small team of cleaners to go to different locations to do cleaning.
This is a hands-on job where the candidate must physically do the cleaning work if short-handed or under project deadline pressure.

1) Physically fit and able to carry 10kg load up 2 flights of stairs
2) must not have fear of heights
3) able to work on weekends, public holidays and sometimes OT in the evenings
